Regarding payment by credit card
The following credit cards are accepted: [JCB], [VISA], [MASTER],[AMEX].
Please be aware that when you pay by credit card and make a cancellation or changes, there is a possibility that the full amount may not be refunded due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
1.Those who have not paid in advanced will be asked to present a photo ID (license, student ID, passport, etc.) at rental reception, so be sure to bring an ID.
2.Please note that use of skis, snowboards, and sleds carries with it the risk of injury.
3.Any damage or injuries from falls or collisions while using rental equipment are the responsibility of the user, so be sure to check safety thoroughly before use.
4.Please stow and return rental equipment responsibly. Please note that you will be charged a set fee in cases of damage, loss, theft, etc.
5.Always return rental equipment by its due date.
6.We do not offer refunds for rented equipment. The same applies even when the lifts have been suspended.
7.Our staff will provide skis and snowboards of the recommended size. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents arising from customer requests to use boards of sizes that differ from recommendations.
8.When using a snowboard, always equip a cord leash.
9.There is no safety feature (release) for snowboard bindings. This may cause injury during falls or collisions, so be sure to take proper precaution when using the slopes.
10.There is a limit to the safety of ski bindings, and these do not fully guarantee user safety.
11.The DIN (release force setting) of ski bindings are written on the receipt handed to you at rental, so be sure to confirm these before using rentals.
12.We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents arising from customer requests to set the DIN to values different from the ISO standard adjustment chart.
13.Customers are asked not to adjust bindings themselves, but to bring equipment to rental staff.
14.Our staff does not perform adjustment for items the customer brings themselves.
Precautions for Online Applications
1.Rental items are limited, so we ask guests to make applications as soon as possible.
2.Rental equipment may be used by the person who made the applyer only.
3.Same-day applications are also accepted on this Application Page.
4.Changes to the application can be made on the customer's My Page.
5.There will be an additional fee for same-days changes from skis to snowboards or from snowboards to skis.
6.A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations the day before, and 100% for same-day cancellations.
7.The cancellation fees above will be charged automatically to applications made the day before or the same day.
1.Schools may cancel applications when reception procedures are done directly before or after the start of the lesson. If you will be late, be sure to contact the school.When attending a ski school and snowboard school, please complete the registration procedure at the school reception 30 minutes before the start of the lesson.
2.Lesson reception must be done by the person taking the lesson or their guardian. When doing so, bring ID that can be used to check application details.
3.For students elementary school aged or younger taking lessons, we ask that guardians come to the meeting place at the end of the lesson to pick them up. If you will be late to pick your child up, be sure to contact the school.
4.Understand the risks associated snow sports and activities done in a natural environment, and follow the behavioral rules of the ski resort. Customers are asked to use the slopes at their own risk.
5.While schools strive to ensure safety, schools, their operators, instructors, and the ski resort are not responsible for accidents caused by carelessness of students during lessons,accidents due to inevitable factors that go beyond the scope of instructors’ risk prevention, and any physical or property damage to a student or third party in accidents caused by equipment or facilities.
6.During lessons, please wear snow sportswear, a hat or helmet, goggles, and gloves. Helmets are recommended for children in particular.
7.When using rentals, please check the separate "Precautions for Using Rentals".
8.Those with health concerns, please tell reception.
9.Those with chronic disease or disability must state these for their own safety during the lesson. If these are not stated, schools may refuse to teach the student. Thank you for your understanding.
This is important information regarding lesson applications. Please read carefully.
1.Schools may be able to accept lessons depending on application status when there are no remaining lessons of your choice. Contact the school at the following contact information.
2.Students may be moved to a different class if there is a significant difference between the stated level and actual level. Also, please be aware that you may be unable to join the lesson. Should you have any questions, please contact the school.
3.The instructor may change depending on the day, even if applications for consecutive days are made. Thank you for your understanding.
4.When you wish to specify an instructor for a private lesson, please write so in “Other Requests”. However, this does not guarantee that you will get your specified instructor.
5.Lessons may not be possible due to weather and slope conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
