Regarding payment by credit card
The following credit cards are accepted: [JCB], [VISA], [MASTER],[AMEX].
Regarding booking alterations
Through the contact form alterations to bookings can be made. Alteration requests can only be accepted up to one week before the scheduled booking. In the case that alterations affect the balance of the original booking charge, the original amount will be refunded to the credit card, and a new invoice will be issued.
[Regarding booking cancelations]
Cancelations can be made by making contract thru contact form, or by calling +81-136-22-0109.
Regarding cancelation fees, under the booked departments [Read the Notes] , please read the cancelation policy. Also, in the case of cancelation, commissions which may be charged require consent before booking.
Please be aware that when you pay by credit card and make a cancellation or changes, there is a possibility that the full amount may not be refunded due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Application and application content change deadline
1.Those who have not paid in advanced will be asked to present a photo ID (license, student ID, passport, etc.) at rental reception, so be sure to bring an ID.
2.Please note that use of skis and snowboards carries with it the risk of injury.
3.Any damage or injuries from falls or collisions while using rental equipment are the responsibility of the user, so be sure to check safety thoroughly before use.
4.Please stow and return rental equipment responsibly. Please note that you will be charged a set fee in cases of damage, loss, theft, etc.
5.Always return rental equipment by its due date. If you wish to prolong the due date, contact rentals in advance.
6.We do not offer refunds for rented equipment. The same applies even when the lifts have been suspended.
7.Our staff will provide skis and snowboards of the recommended size. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents arising from customer requests to use boards of sizes that differ from recommendations.
8.When using a snowboard, always equip a cord leash.
9.There is no safety feature (release) for snowboard bindings. This may cause injury during falls or collisions, so be sure to take proper precaution when using the slopes.
10.There is a limit to the safety of ski bindings, and these do not fully guarantee user safety.
11.The DIN (release force setting) of ski bindings are written on the receipt handed to you at rental, so be sure to confirm these before using rentals.
12.We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents arising from customer requests to set the DIN to values different from the ISO standard adjustment chart.
13.Customers are asked not to adjust bindings themselves, but to bring equipment to rental staff.
14.Our staff does not perform adjustment for items the customer brings themselves.
Precautions for Online Reservations
1.Rental items are limited, so we ask guests to make reservations as soon as possible.
2.Additional accessory rentals are available at rental reception within the facilities. Feel free to ask.
3.Rental equipment may be used by the person who made the reservation only.
4.Changes to the reservation can be made on the customer's My Page.
5.There will be an additional fee for same-days changes from skis to snowboards or from snowboards to skis.
6.A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations the day before, and 100% for same-day cancellations.
7.The cancellation fees above will be charged automatically to reservations made the day before or the same day.
This is important information regarding lesson reservations. Please read carefully.
1.English group lesson is held in Ski L1 to L3 only.
2.When taking lessons, please sign up at the school by 30 minutes before the lesson start time. The school may cancel your lessons in case of last-minute or late arrivals. If you will be late, please be certain to contact the school.
3.For children of elementary school age or younger enrolled in lessons, we ask that guardians come to pick up their children at the lesson start point at the lesson finish time. If you will be late to pick up your children, please be certain to contact the school.
4.Please print out and bring with you to the school the reservation confirmation e-mail you received.
5.This online reservation system accepts reservations placed up to three days before the lesson date.
6.When no availability is indicated for your desired lesson, or when applying for lessons within three days prior to the lesson date, we may be able to accommodate your request in some cases. Please contact the ski school directly by telephone (+81 136-22-0921) or via the contact form.
7.Please be aware of the dangers of snow sports or activities in natural environments, and obey the ski area rules and regulations.
8.During lessons, please wear appropriate snow sportswear top and bottom, hat, goggles, helmet or sunglasses, and gloves. In the interest of guest well being appropriate head wear must be worn (a helmet or beanie). Thank you for understanding regarding this matter.
9.For safety, our ski school recommends wearing helmets, especially for children.
10.If you should have any medical conditions, food allergies for lessons with lunch included, or any other health concerns, please be certain to inform us when applying for lessons.
11.Participants who reserve lessons across multiple continuing days may have different instructors each day. Thank you for understanding regarding this matter.
12.If you would like to make reservations for private lessons where a specific instructor is to be specified, please input comment to "Other Requests" when making reservations.
Regarding Reservation Change or Cancellation
・The following penalties will be charged based on the date of cancellation.
Cancelled the day before … 50% of lesson fee
Same day cancellation or no-show … 100% of lesson fee
・Due to weather or other conditions, it may not be possible to hold scheduled lessons. In this case, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Snowboard School Notices
About using snowboarding school
1.We may cancel your application for registration procedures immediately before or after the lesson starts. In case of a delay in registration, please be sure to contact us in advance.
2.If the lesson is canceled due to customer's reasons after the lesson has started, the lesson fee cannot be refunded.
3.Please go to the reception desk by the student or their guardian. Also, please be sure to bring something that can confirm your application details.
4.When children of elementary school age or pre-school children, we kindly request their parents or guardians to pick them up at the designated meeting point at the end of the lesson. If you anticipate any delay in picking up, please be sure to contact us.
5.Please be aware of the risks associated with outdoor experiences in natural environments and snow sports, and adhere to the rules and regulations of the ski resort. Skiing and snowboarding should be conducted entirely at your own responsibility.
6.The school makes every effort to ensure safety during the lessons; however, it shall not be held responsible for accidents arising from participant's negligence during the course, accidents beyond the scope of the instructor's preventive actions, or accidents resulting from equipment, facilities, and the like. The school, its operators, instructors, and the ski resort shall not be held liable for any injury or damage to the participant's or third party's person or property.
7.Please wear top and bottom snow sports clothing, a hat or helmet, goggles, and gloves during the lesson. We especially recommend that children wear helmets.
8.If you are also renting, please check the separate "Rental Notes".
9.If you need to be careful about your health or have a food allergy during a lesson that includes lunch, please let us know at reception.
10.If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities, please be sure to inform us to ensure your safety during the lesson. If you do not inform us, we may have to decline your participation in the lesson. Thank you for your understanding.
11.For snowboard school participants, we provide injury insurance on the day of the lesson as a special benefit. Please note that to utilize this insurance, additional procedures on the insurance company's website are required after completing your reservation.
